In Barcelona, you can sense the changing seasons, as the days get shorter, and the weather gets cooler. Casino Gourmet with Spanish Wines

Though they don’t quite have the global reputation of their french counterparts, Spanish wines are much loved and consumed by wine lovers across all continents. Held by the mecca of wine tasting and gourmet in Barcelona, Vivinos, casino gourmet allows people to try the best wines in the region, with casino games to add a bit of a twist and some fun. Great wine and fun games aside, there will also be an auction where you can bid on some wine-related items.

MIRA 2019

Held annually in Barcelona since 2011, MIRA is an arts festival that showcases the works of the most talented creatives around, who are combining the age-old loved world of art, with the modern digital culture. There will be live demonstrations, exhibitions, talks, workshops and much more. So head down and get immersed in the world art in the digital age.

Dart Festival 2019

Dart Festival is another art extravaganza taking place in Barcelona this November. The festival focuses on combining the best of the world of contemporary arts and the cinematic experience. With a whole host of film and documentary screenings taking place over its duration, showcasing the lives of artists, their creative process and how they work. Helping you see through the creator’s lense, not as the observer.

BIG IF 6 – Barcelona Improv Festival

Get some tissues and water at the ready, as you’ll be reduced to tears of laughter from the performances at the annual Barcelona Improv Festival. Returning for the 6th year, the shows consist of actors on stage who will be guided by the emcee to play several games, each with their own rules and difficulty. The result of this on the fly style of acting is an absolutely spectacular show of hilarious scenes. Aside from this, there will also be workshops and a whole host of other activities for you to enjoy.

Stomp Your Feet 2019

Stomp Your Feet is an annual Jazz Music festival held in Barcelona, now in its 6th year. Over three days, you’ll get the chance to see some talented artists, listening to some amazing music, and learn about all things jazz. There will be live performances, workshops and even competitions where dancers compete for the titles of the best solo and short jazz showcase. A real authentic jazz experience that can’t be missed.

El Flea Vintage Market
El Flea is Barcelona’s largest vintage and second-hand market, located right next to Les Ramblas. With vendors lined up selling all kinds of unique, weird and wonderful things. From clothes, jewellery, shoes, accessories and much more. This is a must-visit if you fancy getting a bit of retail therapy, and perfect if you’re visiting Barcelona and want a unique souvenir.

Creativa Barcelona

The bohemian city of Barcelona is a hotbed for all things creative and artistic. If you want to experience exactly this, then Creativa Barcelona is an event you should check out. This annual artistic palooza brings together creatives from the world of craft arts and DIY under one roof. There will be talks, exhibitions, workshops, demo’s and even the chance to get involved and put your skills to the test by creating something yourself.

6th ADCE European Creativity Festival

Barcelona will also be welcoming creatives from across Europe, for the 6th ADCE European Creativity Festival. Organised by the Art Directors Club of Europe (ADCE), this immersive event will include talks, workshops, live demonstrations and exhibitions all showcasing the cutting edge of creative arts in Europe.

Explorers Night

If you’re a beer lover in Barcelona, then this event is one you have to get added to your calendar. Hosted monthly, this event will take you on a journey into the inner workings of Barcelona based brewery, Edge. You’ll be able to sample a selection of their boozy creations, with 14 taps pouring the best liquid gold. Pint in hand, you’ll also get to learn more about the brewery, beer scene and chat with Barcelona’s beer-loving community. So if your looking for something different to the norm, look no further than explorers night.

Afrojam
This groovy gathering brings together musicians, dancers, DJ’s and creatives from Barcelona’s African urban music scene. Here you can get down to the sounds of the very best afrobeat, afro house and dancehall music made by the people of the Catalonian capital. This musical mashup is about showcasing the diversity and promoting unity, through banging afrobeat. Show some love if you’re in town and head down to afrojam.
